Rules of Discipline
Punctuality and regularity in attendance, proper dress, an earnest effort in homework assigment and gentelmanly behaviour, in and outside the school are always insisted on and in all these matters, the Parents co-operation is excepted at all times.
Pupils who are absent on the first day of any term, or who are away from school for ten consecutive days without permission may have their name removed from the register and will be re-admited only if there is a vacancy. In all cases of leave of absence prior permission from the principle should be obtained except in cases of unforeseen circumstances for which an authentication reason should be furnished by the parents and guardian. However, granting of leave is entirley upto the decision of the Principal.
The Management reserves to itself the right to dissmisss students who countinously fails to make satisfactory progress in his studies or whose conduct is in any way detrimental to the ordely life of the school.
Students are strictly forbiden to introduce objectionable literature into the school or to purchase any article of food from unauthorised shop at or near the school Permises.
Absence from school must be supported by a leave letter from the parents or guardian of the students, if absent on account of illness lasting for more than three days, the application for leave must be made to the Principle accompanied by a Doctor's certificate.
Absentees at an Examination will be considered as having failed.
Pupils are not allowed to leave the school premises without the permission from the Principal.
Damage the School Property, however small, will not be condoned. Stringent disciplinary measures will be taken against such offenders. The parents will have to bear the expenses of the damaged property.
The School is not responcible for goods lost, therefore, it is not advisable to bring valuable articles like expensive watches, jewelleries, gold ornaments etc. to the School.
Students are answerable to the authorities for there conduct. Hence, mis-behaviour in public places and convoyence justifies dismisssal. Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience, objectionable moral behaviour and above all discourtesy and disrespect to any teacher is sufficient cause for dismissal.
In their way to and from school, students must remember that the school is judged by their conduct. They should greet the teacher of the School when they meet them.
During the absence of the teacher from class, students must obey the prefect or monitor appointed to maintain good order.
Every student must take part in the physical traning and games unless declared unfit on medical group or exempted by the Principle. Students are forbiden to join any out side sports organisation without prior permission from the master-in-charge or the Principle.
Students of the institution should endeavour to sustain its high standard.Punctuality is a must. Students should reach school five minutes prior to the Assembly Bell.At the first bell, the students should assemble for the assembly in absolute silence.Late comers will not be permitted entry in the class unless they bring to the teacher a note from the Principal/Vice Principal. The school reserves the right of sending late comers back to their home.
All students should be habitually clean and neatly dressed. Slovenly dressed children would be sent home.Students not adhering to the school uniform code may be sent home even during examinations.Changing of classrooms in between periods should be done in silence and in an orderly manner.
Running, playing or shouting in the Academic Block is not allowed.No student can leave the school premises during school hours except with the written permission of the Principal.
Home work should be done regularly. The school work and homework copies must have an index on the first page.All conversation between teachers and students and even among students themselves has to be in English except in Hindi period. Failure to implement the rule would invite strict penalty.
All school property should be treated with care.Scribbling on the walls, desks and board is strictly forbidden. Any damage to school property even unintentionally should be immediately reported.
Pupils must not go to the laboratories except at the appointed time. They should always be assisted by a teacher.Cleanliness should be maintained in the school premises. Students are not allowed to receive visitors during school hours.Possession and use of cell phone by students is strictly forbidden. Omission or disregard of this rule would invite strict penalty.
Unknown persons, relatives or servants will not be allowed to collect the child from the school. Only parents are allowed to come and fetch their child from school in case of an emergency or any unforeseen situation.Students should maintain the decorum of their school and should behave in a refinedmanner.Photograph of student affixed on any form submitted by parents for attestation or for issue of Photo Identity Card should be in school uniform only.
Students must address all the members of the staff with due respect and politeness. On their way to and from school, they are expected to behave in a courteous manner. Parent’s attendance is mandatory at all Parent Teacher Meetings. It is parents’ /guardians’ responsibility to ensure correct authentic signatures on report card and all-important notices.Onlyparents will be entertained on the PTM’s.
